If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do whatever we can to try and make it better! Please read our Return Policy below and remember if you have any questions, you can always contact us!
Web Returns & In-Store Returns
· All returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order shipped from us.
· Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, smoke free, and the tags must still be attached.
Note: You may return in our store (within that 14 day window) without shipping back if you would love to see our whole showroom!
· Include and mail your original receipt, and circle the names of the items you wish to return to 52 South Broadview Suite 104 Greenbrier, AR 72058.
· Refunds can only be issued in the form of an online/instore store credit.
· Shipping is non-refundable, unless of course, we made a shipping boo-boo.
· Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it. You will receive a confirmation email to update you on the status of your return.
All "Sale" Items, leggings, & accessories/jewelry are final and are not subject for a return.
Exchanges: Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can’t guarantee an exchange. However, what we will do is issue you a store credit, and if the right size in the right style is available, you can use your store credit to purchase that item. Please allow 3-5 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 14 day window.
Once again, WE DO NOT exchange leggings or undershirts. They are considered an "intimate apparel item."
We also do not do returns on CUSTOM VINYL SHIRTS. This is everything in our "Cutie Casual Section/Custom Graphic Tee" section. Anything Labeled as "Southern Savvy;" means we make it just for you. If you order from these sections we are hand making your shirt in YOUR size as requested and ordered. ALL SALES FINAL.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal. Please be sure to include the correct shipping address at checkout. We ship to the United States. We regret that we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, Canada, International countries, as well as P.O. Boxes.
